What began as Johann Viessmann’s small workshop evolved into a global leader in energy and climate solutions, expanded by Hans and modernized by Martin Viessmann. The 5 Levels of Impact offer a practical and human framework to support leaders along this journey and provide a lens for reflection and development.

Level 1: Opportunity Comes with Tension
As a leader, your first entry point to impact is identifying opportunity. But with opportunity comes tension evident in risks, complexity, competing priorities. At this level, you may feel overwhelmed by the demands of growth or transformation. Yet this is where leadership begins: by choosing a growth mindset over a fixed one.
